2020 Summer Concert Schedule
Simple Gifts pulls from a variety of ethnic folk styles creating original compositions with traditional style. The duo performs on violins, mandolin, banjo, hammered dulcimer, guitar, piano, and percussion. The musicians will incorporate lecture and audience participation opportunities into their performance. Free and open to the public.
Jenna Won’t Sing
Come out and enjoy an evening of entertainment with Jenna Won’t Sing. Local band members Jim Pulice, Eric Pulice, Bob Bonasso, Ron Yanero, and Greg Patrick comprise this four-piece Fairmont band, playing a mix of mellow 60’s- 80’s classic rock.
Come out and enjoy an evening of entertainment with the ever- popular polka band Grkmania!. The Joe Grkman band includes three generations of the Grkman family. The group features traditional Slovenian polkas and waltzes along with their original Grkmania! style Slovenian button box accordion music. Free and open to the public.
Come out and enjoy another fun evening of entertainment as Pricketts Fort sees the return of Jason Hall. Jason is originally from Elkins, West Virginia and plays old school country to contemporary rock. Jason is sure to have you dancing around and singing along as he takes you through his love of music with his raspy voice and acoustic guitar. Free and open to the public.
Brass, Rhythm and Sax Orchestra
Brass, Rhythm and Sax Orchestra was formed in 2018 with musicians from Harrison, Marion, and Upshur Counties making up the core group playing that big band sound from the 1930’s thru the 1970’s. The band is comprised of former band directors and music majors.
